Lanka Surf House sells weekly all-inclusive retreat packages. All bookings are made online through our booking engine at lanka-surf-house.bookinglayer.com.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

If you wish to change your arrival date, please contact us as early as possible at hello@lankasurfhouse.com. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee of €30. Bookings may be transferred to another guest free of charge with prior notice.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to hello@lankasurfhouse.com. The following conditions apply based on the date of cancellation:

• More than 60 days: 10% of total booking value

• 30 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value

• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 75% of total booking value

• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% non-refundable

No-show : 100% non-refundable

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics), Lanka Surf House will work with affected guests to find a fair solution, which may include a credit note or date change. Each case will be assessed individually.

No refund will be issued for early departure once the stay has commenced.

All packages include the services listed at the time of booking. Lanka Surf House reserves the right to substitute equivalent services in the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, instructor availability, etc.), without entitlement to a refund.
